Music Videos by Xscape on Rhapsody Online

An R&B girl group from Atlanta, Xscape hit the scene hard in the early 1990s, after being picked up by Jermaine Dupri's So So Def label. The group had music in their blood; founders Tamika and LaTocha Scott were the daughters of Reverend Randolph Scott, who recorded with the Scott Brothers in the '70s. They grew up singing in his church and quickly developed into exceptionally soulful vocalists. Dupri lent his platinum production skills to their 1993 debut Hummin' Comin' At 'Cha, and they scored a big hit with the single "Just Kickin' It." Two years later, the ladies returned with Off The Hook, expanding their sound thanks to collaborations with Organized Noize and MC Lyte, among others. Xscape's album Traces Of My Lipstick hit stores in 1999, and Tamika (now a minister) has also recorded solo gospel material.
