Confronting and obliterating consumer trends with a direct assault of audio and visual irreverence, the band spent almost as much time on their zany outfits as they did on their music. Before long, the Weirdos looked conservative compared to their rapid, pogo-happy audience -- probably the highest complement any self-respecting Punk band could hope for.
