<title>Music Videos by Smokie Norful on Rhapsody Online</title><link>http://www.rhapsody.com/goto?rcid=art.56934&amp;rws=%2Fsmokie-norful%2Fmusic-videos.rss</link><description>Ironically, "smoky" is the last word you'd use to describe this smooth-as-silk, soft-as- honey, 5" 2', gospel-cum-R&amp;B dynamo. Smokie Norful's voice is sharp and potent, a constant, pleading prayer, simultaneously as powerful and graceful and effortless as a waterfall. It's the undeniable talent that won him the title of &lt;I&gt;Billboard&lt;/I&gt; magazine's 2003 "Artist of the Year." He's been compared to -- and often collaborates with -- artists like Stevie Wonder, Marvin Sapp and T.D. Jakes (all this in only his first eight months at bat). So while "smoky" may not describe his sound, you'd be perfectly correct in thinking incendiary vocals and ignited artistry, and then you'd get the picture of what the singer is capable of.
