<title>Playlists Featuring Pandit Jasraj on Rhapsody Online</title><link>http://www.rhapsody.com/goto?rcid=art.24718&amp;variant=artist-playlists&amp;rws=%2Fpandit-jasraj%2Fplaylists.rss</link><description>Sangand Martand Pandit Jasraj is a contemporary genius of Classical Indian singing. His vocal skills are incredible. He has a range of more than three and a half octaves, and can hit every note (and every in-between note) with stunning accuracy and a speed that suggests Pavarotti with his throat attached to a motor-boat engine. His initial teachers were his late father Pandit Motiramji, of the Mewati gharana of singing, and his late brother Sangeet Mahamahopadhaya Pandit Manijiramji. His performances are generally accompanied by tabla and harmonium, propelling his vocal melodies to spiritual heights and ecstatic peaks.
