<title>Playlists Featuring New Race on Rhapsody Online</title><link>http://www.rhapsody.com/goto?rcid=art.6961&amp;variant=artist-playlists&amp;rws=%2Fnew-race%2Fplaylists.rss</link><description>You've probably never heard of New Race, but I guarantee you know its members' previous bands -- MC5, the Stooges, and Radio Birdman. These guys put the guts in Punk rock and keep the heart in rock 'n' roll. Their loud and passionate Detroit-styled, guitar-driven sound screams, "Action!" Even the slower songs radiate a sonic urgency. New Race was a short-lived, dream lineup that existed only for an Australian tour. These songs are a hodgepodge of the members' more notable past, and do the originals justice.
