They were the touring outfit of another of Tim Kinsella's side projects, Joan of Arc, though eventually developed into a distinct entity with their noodling, polyrhythmic post-rock. The band issued a self-titled five-track EP and debut full length, <i>Shock of Being</i>, in 2005. <i>Of Course</i> followed in 2006, after which Kinsella took a break from the band for personal reasons.
