<title>Kramer Discography on Rhapsody Online</title><link>http://www.rhapsody.com/goto?rcid=art.9097&amp;rws=%2Fkramer%2Fdiscography.rss</link><description>Returning with his label Shimmy Disc after a five-year, multi-million dollar court battle, Kramer is back. The crusty svengali behind the board has produced and unearthed artists as varied as Galaxie 500, Ween and Royal Trux. On his own, he's played bass in the Butthole Surfers, was one-half of Bongwater, and currently maintains a band (Captain Howdy) with Penn Jillette. His solo recordings have been a mixture of instrumentals, samples, and curious Prog and Psychedelic rock, with his murmuring vocals that sound like Dean Wareham as a small child floating above it all. His most recent record, &lt;I&gt;Songs from the Pink Death&lt;/I&gt;, follows him through more wispy recordings of reverb-drenched vocals and washes of finely honed production skills.
