<title>Playlists Featuring Green on Red on Rhapsody Online</title><link>http://www.rhapsody.com/goto?rcid=art.3698&amp;variant=artist-playlists&amp;rws=%2Fgreen-on-red%2Fplaylists.rss</link><description>Green on Red are a cultishly popular rock band that formed in 1979 in Tucson, Arizona's punk scene and spent most of its existence in Los Angeles, California. Vocalist Dan Stuart led the charge, and the band's handful of late records are lesser-known gems in the American roots cannon that bring comparisons to Neil Young's Crazy Horse. The band went through numerous configurations before they called it quits in 1992, but amongst the notable alumni is Bay Area singer and songwriter Chuck Prophet, who played guitar with the band during its later years.
