Music Videos by Daniel Ash on Rhapsody Online

The final spore to fall from the Bauhaus frond, Daniel Ash's solo debut Coming Down was a spotty affair -- half pelvis-directed dance grooves, half "night and fog" spook-o-rama. 92's Foolish Thing Desire, meanwhile, was by all accounts a best-of-show entrant at the Dream Pop county fair. Ash's baby's breath vocals dovetailed gently into lazy synthetic rhythms and warped guitar noise, producing wistful, simon-pure pop lullabies. Ash is a visionary sound sculptor who hopefully will continue his solo career alongside of a recently re-united Bauhaus.
