Just a sample: Bamboleo, Chucho Valdes, Francisco Aguabella, Pio Levya, Jimmy Bosch and Orlando "Maraca" Valle. The old greats and the new young guns have recorded two solid albums that explore the classic forms, including descarga, guajira, Rumba and Son.
