Comprised of Young Jeezy, Jody Breeze, Duke and Big Gee, the group was assembled by Sho' Nuff Records co-owner and Block Entertainment CEO Russell "Block" Spencer, (who marketed them as a Dirty South version of gangsta rap icons NWA) and eventually signed to P. Diddy's Bad Boy South label. Their self-titled debut album, loaded with crunk beats and criminal-minded verses, hit stores in June of 2005.
