Having proven himself as a solo artist, Sigel put together a group called State Property, featuring some of the best rappers in Philadelphia, including Freeway, Peedi Crakk and the Young Gunz. In 2005, Sigel released <i>The B.Coming</i> while serving a year in prison for a gun charge.
