Paul McCartney discovered the band in 1968, and promptly signed them to the Beatles' Apple Records label. Their first hit came in 1969, the memorably catchy "Come And Get It." The two Badfinger hits featured here came from the band's third LP, <I>Straight Up</I>, produced by George Harrison and Todd Rundgren. Ham took his life in 1975, Evans took his in 1983.
